As a new Province, our Brothers have come together to establish the definition of what and who the Southeast Province is. Over the last two and a half years, the Southeast Province has increased the connection between our Collegiate and Graduate Chapters. We have held Chapter Development Seminars and Chapter Report reviews to steer our Brothers towards becoming top Chapters in the nation. All while setting up live webinars to assist in various areas like navigating the residency process and understanding the complexity of Roberts Rules. We developed an outstanding Province Newsletter to keep all Brothers informed, and pioneered a mentor match program that now spans the entire east coast. Our latest achievement was the launch of the first-ever leadership retreat for Collegiate Brothers held annually in Orlando. As a Province, united and bound together by strong pillars, who knows what we will accomplish next.
